3. Products and Services
JRACE’s Colorful Creatures Galore Frenchies specializes in the sale of French Bulldogs. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our puppies. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions, colors, or other content available on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
4. Orders and Payments
– Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to availability, errors in product descriptions, or errors in pricing.
– Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include delivery, if necessary, which will be added to your total purchase price.
– Payment: Payment must be made at the time of purchase using Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, valid credit card or other payment methods specified upon agreement of order. If a puppy is to be put on hold, there is a $250 non-refundable deposit required. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
5. Shipping and Delivery
– Shipping: Currently we do not ship. However, we can arrange local delivery. If you are out of Arizona and have fallen in love with a puppy, we will arrange for delivery for a fee determined by length and cost of travel.
6. Returns and Refunds
Hold Deposits are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on the sale of live animals except under specific circumstances as determined on a case-by-case basis. 7. Intellectual Property
The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by JRACE’s Colorful Creatures Galore Frenchies, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JRACE’s Colorful Creatures Galore Frenchies, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

In no event shall JRACE’s Colorful Creatures Galore Frenchies’ total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid us in the past six (6) months, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JRACE’s Colorful Creatures Galore Frenchies, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website, including, but not limited to, any use of the Website’s content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms or your use of any information obtained from the Website.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
